Migranes & Emotional Stress Relief

Before Starting on Herbalife I was overweight, constantly lethargic, tired and quite emotional. I am asthmatic and suffer from many related allergies. I also would often wake up with migraines and it would take days to recover.

After using the Herbalife products for 8 weeks, I have noticed several changes. In my first three days I had lost 2kg! While this surprised me, it motivated me more to improve my health.

The first month I was using the Advanced Program, but upgraded to the Ultimate Program at the beginning of the second month. Now, 8 weeks on, I have lost a total of 7kg and 24cm. Not only am I losing weight, I have gained more energy, my nails are stronger, my hair is looking healthier and my migraines have stopped. Psoriasis

I have suffered from psoriasis for just on 23 years. Although not painful it was very itchy and often if I walked any more than 100 metres the sores started bleeding. The problem has also limited other aspects of my life such as playing cricket. Wearing some of the protective gear was nigh on impossible. Nothing I had tried in the past had given any significant long-term results and some of the medications had undesirable side affects. It was looking like this would be with me for life.

Eleven months ago I started on some of the Herbalife products: First F1 then after a few weeks included 3 and 5, Xtra Cal after 2 months and Herbalifeline after 7 months. The sores began to clear leaving only red marks where they had once been, and these gradually disappeared also. Today my skin shows little trace of the psoriasis and I have also lost 7 kilos.

Weight Loss

I've been overweight for as long as I can remember. Health problems meant I was always exhausted and I would often doze off at work. By Christmas 2005 I weighed 114kg and very tight fitting 3XL-sized clothing.

I was introduced to Herbalife in January 2006 and what a revelation! The variety of weight management products on offer was so much better than anything I had used before-with four shake flavours and a proper meal each day, as well as extra Heralife snacks (choclate protein bars and roasted soy nuts). In 18 months I lost a total of 41kg and I am now down t medium-sized clothing - the first time as an adult that I've not had any large sized clothing. I've gone from a waist size of 122cm to a current 86cm. And because I'm sleeping better, I have a lot more energy.

I have lost enough weight now that I am comfortable exercising and now power walk and jog for 4kms four times a week. The best part of this programme is that I am no longer hungry between meals so I do not need massive will power to keep to it. This is without doubt and easiest way for me of losing weight and feeling better that I have ever tried.

Skin Problems

It remains a mystery what happened to my skin 6 months ago, and it lasted 6 months. It was so itchy I woke up almost every night to scratch it that made it bloody in the morning. I had tried so many medicine which didn't work or made it worse: lemon, heavy sunshine, anti-fungal cream, clonea, canesten, dermaid, lamisil, salvon, elocon, steriods etc etc. as prescribed by doctors whom all ended up admitting failure to comprehend my skin problem. In a moment of despair, and with months to wait before a skin specialist to consult, I thankfully attract Piroska into my life. Within a week I no longer feel any itchiness, my skin is now as smooth and comfortable as baby bum. All that's left is some rapidly disappearing brown scars (as depicted)

For those who have not tried the products before, I like to share an important experience with you. I suffered some pretty bad headache, nauseas, fever, and sore throat on the first few days consuming the products. Please be assured that's very-very positive sign of detoxification. Weight Loss

Before I started on the Herbalife products I was overweight, tired and had to follow a strict eating regime to avoid suffering symptoms caused by food intolerances. I found the Herbalife products the business opportunity and started on the Ultimate Programme. Since starting the products I am waking up a couple of hours earlier and no longer falling asleep on the sofa in the evenings - I have so many more hours in my day. Having previously tried for so to lose weight I was thrilled when in the first eight weeks I lost 6.5kgs and reduced by a dress size. I just loved fitting into my favorite clothes again. By adding protein powder into my programme, I have managed to reshape and have now lost 11kg in total, improved my muscle tone and am three dress sizes smaller.

In addition to the weight loss and unexpected benefit of taking the products has been that after 12 years on a strict eating regime, my intolerances have improved and I can once again enjoy the foods that I love. I've also been able to restart exercising and have noticed a distinct improvement in my stamina levels. Overall the best thing for me has been no catching every cold and flu going.

Blood Pressure

Before Herbalife I weighed 108 kilos. I discovered that I had Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and all the associated symptoms like thundering headaches every day, ringing in the ears, being constantly thirsty, tingling toes, always tired and falling asleep at the drop of a hat. I was a travelling sales rep and there were plenty of times while driving, that the sound of my tyres crunching in the gravel on the side of the road would wake me up. Life insurance companies said I was un-insurable.

For some time my wife had been searching for a home based business. She'd tried plenty and finally chose Herbalife simply because our mentor phoned to follow up her internet enquiry.

I started on the Ultimate Program plus extras. I now weigh 84 kilos - that's 24 kilos I've lost - and 14cm from around my waist. My blood pressure is normal, I don't need pain killers, my toes tingle only if I eat really sugary desserts or pasta, I've halved my diabetes medication and I don't need daytime naps - especially while I'm driving! I walk around with a huge grin on my face and my friends comment about how much better I look and I feel much brighter and more energetic.

Low Iron Levels

I donated blood this morning and my haemoglobin levels have improved considerably.

December last year I was turned away from donating blood because by iron levels were so low. I then went to see my Doctor who told me to take Ferro-Gradument, an iron supplement for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency. You can purchase this at any chemist or pharmacy. My doctor told me that even with taking the iron supplement it could take up to 6 months to see any improvement in my iron levels and it would be a matter of taking the supplement every day as directed and improving my diet. Well, after around one month of taking the iron supplements I stopped. Mostly because I kept forgetting to take the tablets with my meals and probably because I was lazy. I rarely eat red meat and I hardly cook meals for myself so my diet did not dramatically change as suggested by my Doctor.

In March 2008, I donated blood with a reading of 110.

Two months ago, I started taking Herbalife products using the Ultimate Program. Today my haemoglobin reading was 144. What an amazing difference! And, considering that I haven't changed my diet, although I know I should! I've only been using Herbalife for two months, its a fantastic result. I'm positive that taking the Herbalife products had everything to do with my iron levels improving.

Bloating

Before I tried Herbalife products I was tired, bloated, stressed and a little sceptical the products would actually do anything. Within 3 days of starting the program, I felt an abundance of energy, my thoughts were clearer, I gained a more restful sleep and now my stomach complaints are resolved.

The best thing is, I lost 4kg in week 1 and toned up my arms and legs... without anyexercise!

Body Shape

My name is Fiona Zhao, student from China.

Eczema Relief
